Dano Ybarra, CEO
Dano has over 10 years experience in the telecommunications industry and an additional 13 years in the information publishing industry. Holding various Senior VP of Sales and Marketing positions, he has led product strategies, marketing teams and sales teams to success. As General Manager he has held full P&L responsibilities overseeing operations and engineering. Co-founder of three companies has given him the experience to see ideas take flight. A recent start-up was FlowPoint, makers of broadband routers specifically designed for DSL where he guided the company from $800,000 annual sales to over $32 million annual sales in an eighteen month period. Under Dano's leadership FlowPoint continued to grow to over $120 million a year in revenues. FlowPoint was acquired by Efficient Networks for $1.2 Billion and later by Siemens. Dano holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

David Hubbard, Chief Operating Officer
Dave served over 10 years as Director of Operations at Apple Computer, four years as VP of Operations and Product Line General Manager at Iomega, and two years as VP of Operations at ClearOne. He also held various operational positions at Nortel. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management.

Eduard Blonk, Vice President Sales and General Manager, EMEA and APAC
Eduard most recently served as Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales for Siemens CPE Data Products over operators and ISP’s. Prior to the acquisition of Efficient Networks by Siemens, Eduard was Senior EMEA operations director at Efficient Networks and launched the European market for Efficient. Eduard has additional experience managing channel sales and marketing for the Dutch integrator Triple P Telecommunications. Eduard holds a BS in Economics and BS in Electrical Engineering from Hague Polytechnic Institute.

Greg Imahara, Vice President of Sales, Americas
Greg has over 13 years Network equipment, Telecom, Software and Semiconductor experience. He was one of the original sales Directors at FlowPoint, the makers of DSL equipment and provisioning software (later acquired by Efficient Networks). Greg's sales leadership was responsible for all business partnerships with strategic Regional Bell Operating Companies, competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs) and service provider customers. Greg has held Sr. Director and VP of Sales positions at Cerprobe, Marketing To Go, Kago Networks and Everyone.net where his focus was to further build upon his relationships with the ILEC, RLEC, CLEC, ISP and Cable MSO providers. He has received multiple Sales Person of the year awards at Cerprobe, Efficient Networks, Siemens, Marketing To Go, and Kago Networks. Then as founder of 2 Silicon Valley companies, Mr. Imahara was the primary strategist for initial company launch and key strategic partnerships, with emphasis on growing revenue through sales leadership. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from San Jose University.
