The PlugLAN 8950 Gateway from Asoka® is an advanced Powerline Communications gateway that transforms existing electrical wires in a commercial building into a high-performance data network, delivering broadband services at up to 85 Mbps. The 8950 Gateway allows resellers, integrators, and service providers to add value by delivering high-bandwidth services, including High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) and Voice over IP (VoIP) to every electrical outlet within a hotel, office or multi-dwelling unit (MDU) without pulling new wiring or disrupting electrical service.
